To be truly effective, Alordhara School offer a system of core values that the entire staff shares. To do this, we involve the teachers and staff. The school leadership in Alordhara School provides teachers, staff, students and parents with frequent communication about what is happening. School management team communicate frequently with teachers, staff, and administrators to have an open-door policy so that teachers and staff can come forward with questions and concerns as they arise. We always involve the parents in and help them understand how we can jointly contribute. The more we , parents, the better the students will behave and perform.
